I have just had the huge pleasure of photographing Paul Askew, Dave Brewitt and the food of The London Carriage Works, Hope Street Hotel in Liverpool, and I have to say, it was a wonderful experience - not least because of how lovely everyone is at Hope Street Hotel, but I was also lucky enough to sample some of the food and I can confirm ... it's delicious!
